Refund policy

At Nana’s Activewear, every piece is designed to feel as good as it looks. We want you to feel confident in what you wear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve outlined a clear and fair process below.

 

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return standards. To be accepted, all returned items must be in perfect condition, meaning they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must be free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to fragrance, deodorant, body odor, detergent, makeup, tan marks, glitter, or pet hair. Any item that does not meet these conditions may be declined upon inspection.

Items marked as final sale, including all products purchased from the Sale section, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Socks are also excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

If a returned item does not meet our requirements, it will be sent back to you, and any associated handling or shipping fees may apply.

 

ACCEPTED RETURNS

We accept returns for:

  •          Size adjustments
  •          Style changes
  •          Change of mind

All approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit.

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

 

REFUNDS (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)

Refunds are ONLY issued if an item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, and cannot be replaced.

To request a refund for a faulty item, you must contact us promptly and provide clear evidence (such as photos) for assessment. Once approved, we will offer either:

  •          A replacement (if available), or
  •          A refund to your original payment method

Items damaged due to normal wear, improper use, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1 — Start Your Return

To initiate a return, simply open your NANA’S order confirmation email and click on “View your order.” From there, you can select “Request a return” and choose the item(s) you’d like to send back.

Alternatively, you can log into your NANA’S account, go to your orders, select the relevant order, and click “Request a return,” then choose the item(s) you wish to return.

 Returns that are not submitted through this process may not be accepted. 

Once submitted, your return will be reviewed to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. 

Step 2 — Receive Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on your email on how to proceed, including shipping guidelines based on your location.

 

Morocco Orders

Orders placed within Morocco are eligible for one complimentary exchange per order, the return must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.

If approved:

  •          You will receive instructions for your return or exchange
  •          Additional returns beyond the first exchange will require the customer to cover shipping costs

 

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved through the portal:

  •          You will receive instructions to prepare your shipment
  •          You may send your return using your preferred carrier

Returned parcels can be:

  •          Dropped off at your local post office
  •          Placed in a secure post box
  •          Given to a mail carrier

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nana’s Activewear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Important Notes

  •          Returns must be shipped within the specified timeframe after approval
  •          Items sent without prior approval through the Returns Portal may be refused
  •          Nana’s Activewear is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the selected shipping carrier

 

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be inspected and processed.

If approved, store credit will be issued and sent to you via email.

 

STORE CREDIT

All approved returns are issued as store credit.

Store credit:

  •          Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  •          Can be used on any future purchase
  •          Is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

If your original order included promotional discounts, codes, or loyalty rewards, these will not be reinstated when store credit is issued.
