Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Countries We Ship To

Nanas currently ships to the following
destinations:

  • Europe : Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Unite Kingdom, Vatican City.
  • Africa: Morocco

We’re continuously expanding and exploring new markets. If we’re not in your country yet, don’t worry  — we’re working on it.

Eligibility

We want every Nanas piece to feel right on you. If it doesn’t, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your item(s) must meet the following conditions.

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free: from fragrance, deodorant, body odour, or detergent
  • Free: from makeup, tan marks, glitter, or pet hair
  • Not marked as final sale
  • Excluding socks

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined. If an item is deemed ineligible, it will be returned to the customer and any applicable handling fees may apply.

Accepted Returns

We accept returns for size adjustments, style changes, or change of mind. All approved returns are issued as store credit.

Refunds are ONLY provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please note: All items purchased from the Sale section are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return

  • Morocco Orders: Orders placed within Morocco are eligible for one complimentary exchange per order. To qualify, returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery. Any additional returns will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
  • International Orders: For orders placed outside Morocco, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is registered through our portal, you’ll receive instructions to purchase and print a return label.

Returned parcels can be:

  • Dropped off at your local post office
  • Placed in a post box
  • Given to a mail carrier

Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt at our warehouse for store credit to be processed.

Nanas is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in return transit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an item arrives faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced.

Due to the volume of applications, we’re unable to respond to each one individually — but we genuinely appreciate the time and intention behind every submission.

Caring For Your Piece

To keep your Nanas activewear looking and feeling its best, we recommend treating each piece with care.

  • Turn garments inside out before washing and use a cold, gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colours only — darker or brighter shades may transfer
  • Avoid washing alongside rough or abrasive fabrics
  • Use a delicates wash bag for added protection
  • Remove removable padding before washing
  • Do not use fabric softener, as it may impact the fabric’s performance
  • Gently press out excess water — avoid twisting or wringing
  • Air dry only; tumble drying is not recommended
  • Dry away from direct sunlight to preserve colour
  • Avoid soaking for extended periods

With the right care, your Nanas pieces are designed to maintain their shape, softness, and performance over time.

Always refer to the care label on each item for specific instructions.

Is Nanas Packaging Sustainable?

At Nanas, we’re conscious of the impact every detail has — including how your order arrives. While we’re a growing brand, we’re committed to making thoughtful choices and continuing to improve as we evolve.

Your order arrives in two carefully selected
packaging elements:

  • An outer recyclable shipping bag, designed to be reused or recycled
  • An inner fabric pouch, created to protect your pieces and be kept, reused, or repurposed beyond delivery

This approach reduces single-use waste while adding longevity and purpose to our packaging.

Our production partners are selected with care, and we work with manufacturers who operate under ethical standards, prioritizing fair and safe working conditions.

Sustainability is an ongoing process for us — not a finished claim. As Nanas grows, so will our efforts to make more responsible choices across packaging, production, and delivery.

Gift Cards

Nanas offers digital gift cards, delivered directly by email. We currently do not offer physical gift cards.

Gift cards can be purchased online and are sent to the email address provided at checkout. For easy gifting, we recommend using your own email address and forwarding the gift card to the recipient when you’re ready.

Discounts

Our checkout allows one promotion per order, including automatic offers, and loyalty codes. Discounts can’t be combined.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to apply or adjust promotions retroactively. We recommend saving any additional code for a future purchase.
